About Settlers Crossing

Settlers Crossing’s spirit has been captured with articles in many of America’s leading magazines (when you enter a cottage it is like walking into a magazine spread). The property features seven private historic homes with fireplaces and wonderful 18th and 19th century country antiques. The private grand country estate, just minutes from downtown Fredricksburg, Texas and an hour from Austin and San Antonio, encompasses over 35 acres of towering oak trees, rolling pastures and flower gardens, with a wet weather creek meandering through. The setting is complete with Paco the donkey, a flock of sheep, and our resident native deer roaming free. Children are always welcome (discounted rate) and we are pet friendly (dogs are welcome with approval).

The guest houses contain amenities such as wood burning fireplaces, country antiques, a one-mile walking trail, delightful outdoor seating areas, and each can be rented for just two or a larger group.

Rates $229 – $299 for house and two people (extra person charge for more than two). Discounted rates Sunday through Thursday.
