Two bedrooms sleep four, which makes it one of the more flexible stays on the property — right for a couple who wants room to breathe, a small family, or a few friends after a slower weekend. Inside, vintage character meets modern comfort, with a full kitchen and everything you need, so nothing about the stay asks you to rough it. Outside is where the farmhouse really opens up.
The setting is pure Hill Country. Open fields roll out from the door, mature shade trees keep the afternoons cool, and peaceful walking trails wind through the grounds. Friendly farm animals graze nearby, and the wildlife rounds out the picture — deer at the edges, birds in the branches. Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Rates vary by season and demand, and the best prices are usually midweek and off-season. A 2-night minimum applies year-round, with a 3-night minimum on select holidays and event weekends. Cleaning and applicable taxes are added at checkout, and your full total is always shown before you confirm — no surprises.
